N\u011bkdy u\u017e hold nem\u016f\u017eeme d\u00e1l, jsme vy\u010derpan\u00ed a je toho zkr\u00e1tka na n\u00e1s a\u017e moc. M\u00e1me n\u011bkolik starost\u00ed, m\u00e1me toho hodn\u011b, a nav\u00edc si t\u0159eba mnohdy i nastav\u00edme tolik \u00fakol\u016f, kter\u00e9 ani nejsme schopni zvl\u00e1dnout. To b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010dast\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 u mnoha lid\u00ed, \u017ee si nastav\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b dost \u00fakol\u016f, kter\u00e9 nejdou zvl\u00e1dnout. N\u011bkdy je to velmi t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee na n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u00fakoly \u010dlov\u011bk nem\u00e1 a \u017ee nen\u00ed schopn\u00fd je splnit, n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 toho nedos\u00e1hnou nikdy a nikdy si po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b neuv\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u00fakoly jsou na n\u011b moc a nemaj\u00ed \u0161anci je zvl\u00e1dnout. Na druhou stranu jsou tu i lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed si sv\u00e9 nedostatky uv\u011bdom\u00ed a zkr\u00e1tka se sna\u017e\u00ed se tomuto vyhnout a d\u00e1vat si jen \u00fakoly, kter\u00e9 doopravdy zvl\u00e1dnou a na kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u011b \u010das. Na\u0161e \u017eivoty jsou v\u00edc a v\u00edc pln\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s nechaj\u00ed padat na zem a je jen na n\u00e1s, abychom se z nich ot\u0159epali, vstali a za\u010dali nanovo. To je velmi t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 ud\u011blat, proto\u017ee n\u011bkdy je hodn\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 vst\u00e1t a pokra\u010dovat d\u00e1l i se \u0161r\u00e1my, kter\u00e9 na srdci a t\u011ble m\u00e1me, ale je to pot\u0159eba pro spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. N\u011bkdy to ale sami nedok\u00e1\u017eeme a mus\u00edme ostatn\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, a\u0165 n\u00e1m pomohou. To nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 ostuda a ka\u017ed\u00fd n\u011bkdy pot\u0159ebuje pomoc. N\u011bkdy n\u00e1m k tomu nepom\u016f\u017eou ale ani kamar\u00e1di, ale t\u0159eba pohoda a relax.Ka\u017ed\u00fd relaxuje jinak a pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho je odpo\u010dinek n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. N\u011bkdo si do brou\u0161en\u00e9 skleni\u010dky na v\u00edno nalije \u010derven\u00e9, a tak pokra\u010duje cel\u00fd ve\u010der, n\u011bkdo si naopak \u010dte kn\u00ed\u017eku, n\u011bkdo si zajde do kina a podobn\u011b. Formy relaxu jsou u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka jin\u00e9, je proto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159ij\u00edt na to, jak\u00e1 forma je to pr\u00e1v\u011b u v\u00e1s a dr\u017eet se j\u00ed. Relax je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd, na to nesm\u00edte zapomenout!
